The landscape of the seaside resort Palanga – white sand, dunes, pine trees and the stormy sea – has inspired the architects’ bureau Arches (Edgaras Neniškis, Eugenijus Januškevičius, Rolandas Liola, Rūsna Vinekytė and Arūnas Liola, constructor Darius Narmontas) to find a formula to express the lightness of wind in their project of a house in Palanga.
